This cozy, 60m² holiday home is situated in a rural setting and sleeps 4-6 people. It is available for rent year-round. Dogs are very welcome in our holiday home, which features a fully enclosed garden with a 1.20-meter high fence.

Welcome to Villa Ragunda, where deer and elk roam the garden in winter and birdsong can be heard from your bedroom window in spring and summer. A beautiful holiday home in a fantastic location on the edge of the village of Hammarstrand, where you can relax on a bench in the sun and experience the peace and quiet of nature.
In winter, the ski slope with lift is just five minutes away for wonderful skiing.

What can you expect?
Free entrance
Our accommodation is freely accessible with a key that you will find in the key box that can be opened with a code.
Bed
Our accommodation has two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds. There's also a sofa bed in the living room.
Badroom
The cottage has a spacious bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is in a separate room.
Dog friendly
Dogs stay for free! Your furry friend is more than welcome . (2 dogs allowed, more on request) The garden is enclosed by a 1.20 meter high fence.
Charging station
There is a charging station for your electric car in the village.
Free parking
You can freely use the parking space on our property.
For a second car we charge a little fee.
Kitchen set
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen such as a combination microwave oven, extractor hood,
4-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker.

Our accomodation provides u with Wifi-connection so you can share your adventures with your friends and family back home!

The village of Hammarstrand is 5 minutes away and has nice shops and 2 supermarkets.
